Who is KuddaTeams for?

Coaches and directors of Rec or Travel teams and programs looking for the latest integration of team websites with valuable coaching resources. If your program has an established website but not for individual teams, simply create your team on Kudda and link to your program’s main website. Even if you have an established team website but want to use all of our coaching tools, you can easily sign up for those tools and link to your team site.

What makes KuddaTeams unique?

First, we’re the only team site builder that integrates over 3,600 instructional videos for over 14 sports into the team website. Coaches can specify drills and videos that they want their team or individual players to see. Our coaching tools will help coaches do their jobs more efficiently. For example, the Video Player, integrated with Kudda Video content, will help coaches come up w/ new drills and ideas to use during their practices. Innovative features such as the Player Availability Scheduler will strengthen communication and organization. The modular design of KuddaTeams allows users to customize and rearrange all features and tools. Each of the features and tools is a separate module which can be activated and moved around anywhere on the team page. And last, the design and navigation of the site makes it simple for coaches, team moms and others to manage the team.

How long does it take to set up a team?

It takes about 2 minutes to sign up and then several minutes depending on the size of your roster to send out invitations to join your team’s website. Then you can go through and pick which features you want and customize your team page.

How much does it cost?

FREE. Everything on the Kudda site is FREE. There is no longer a fee. There is no longer a 2 week Free Trial. Everything is FREE…all of the time.

How long do I get to keep my team website?

KuddaTeams accounts go for 1 year terms. You will be prompted to renew 12 months after your joining date.

What will my website address be?

All teams will have the http://teams.kudda.com/team/teams-short-name as their url.

What if I already have a domain name for my team. Can I use that with KuddaTeams?

At this point we’re not set up to do that.

Can teams collect money from players?

Yes. If the team has setup a PayPal, it’s very easy to activate that module.

Can I customize the team page?

Yes! The beauty of our design is in our modular approach. You add only the modules of the features that you want to use. You can rearrange the modules as you want by simply clicking and dragging them to where you want them. You can place the team picture (if you choose to add it) on the left side of the team page and then change it to the right…or top and then bottom! And with our focus of continually adding new features and tools, you’ll constantly have additional modules to choose from.

Who can see our page?

The general public can see the Team Homepage if they have the url. Everything else will need to have a valid login from your team members. The individual players’ pages and other information can only be seen by other team members.

Can I upload Youtube videos to our site?

Yes! You can upload to the main team page or players can upload to their player’s page.

How can I use the Video Player to post videos for my team to see?

Need to first Add the Video Player Module to your team page. Then follow the directions under the module. Coaches create playlist/clinics in the Kudda.com library and then choose that playlist/clinic in their Video Player for their team to see. You can create hundreds of playlists/clinics and change them as often as you want.

How can I be added to or join a team?

If you go to that team’s url or website, click on the left side where it says “Ask to Join”. If you already have a Kudda account you’ll be prompted to login. Once you login your request will be automatically sent to the team coach or admin. If you don’t have an account, simply create an account and your request will be sent to the team.

What if I can’t get the Kudda videos to work on my machine?

Kudda is engineered to be fast, stable and incredibly easy to use. The only piece of software that is required to use Kudda is the free Adobe Flash Player. To download the Adobe Flash player, visit Adobe’s website.

Why do my Kudda videos take so long to load?

Kudda is a website that is based in streaming multimedia. If you have a broadband connection to the Internet, all videos should start playing within 10 seconds of clicking on the link. If you find that it takes longer to play videos, it most likely has something to do with your web connection. If you are connecting to Kudda through a dial-up connection you will experience some delay in content streaming.

Do I need a fast connection to the Internet to enjoy KuddaTeams?

No. But it is recommended to fully take advantage of the Kudda video content. Because Kudda Video is based on multimedia, you should have a fast connection to the Internet to enjoy our content. Connection options include DSL, Cable modem, T1 or faster corporate connections. What software do you recommend to get the most out of Kudda?

Because Kudda is completely web-based there is very little software that you need to get started. Kudda works equally well on a Mac, PC and Linux systems. The only piece of software that you must have on your computer is the free flash player from Adobe. We have found that installing the latest version of the Flash player can help increase the playback performance of Kudda videos. To install the latest version of the Flash player visit Adobe.
